❥ Uploading my artwork to any AI tool, platform, or service for the purposes of training, generation, analysis, or modification, whether by customers or third parties, is strictly prohibited.

❥ I do not work with or create NFTs.

❥ I reserve the right to update or remove any part of these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

❥ You may not copy, trace, redistribute, or heavily reference my work.

❥ Do not remove my signature or watermark.

❥ I may refuse any commission for any reason.

❥ My art is for personal use only.

❥ Full payment upfront via PayPal in euros (€).

❥ Work begins only after payment is received.

❥ Your commission will be added to my queue once payment is confirmed.

❥ Intended for Twitch, Discord, and other personal-use platforms.

❥ This is a digital-only service. No physical products will be shipped.

Process:

1. Sketch & Feedback: You’ll receive a rough sketch where major revisions (pose, expression, concept) are allowed.

2. Approval: Once the sketch is approved, I’ll move forward with the final art. No major design changes after this point.

3. Delivery: You’ll receive all required emote/badge sizes plus a social media preview card.

Standard delivery includes PNGs at 112px, 56px, and 28px for emotes and 72pc, 36px, 18px for badges.

Turnaround: up to 2 or 3 weeks

Rush orders available at +50% of base price

Minor tweaks allowed post-final but major changes require a fee.

❥ I will draw original characters, humans, portraits, fanart, some animals, concept art, humanoids, landscapes.

❥ I won’t draw in anime style or any other style than my own.

❥ I will not draw AI/NFT-related material.

❥ I may decline requests involving heavy gore or NSFW.

❥ Process

• Commissions follow a 3-phase process:

  • Thumbnails / Concept: You’ll receive small sketches with multiple layout or pose options. Major changes are allowed here.

  • Sketch: A detailed version of your chosen concept. Minor revisions are free of charge.

  • Final: After approval, I complete the full illustration. Only very minor tweaks are allowed at this stage without a fee.

❥ I retain full rights to all commissioned artwork (not the characters) for and not limited to portfolio, social media posting and streaming.

❥ If you don’t want your art livestreamed or posted let me know beforehand.

❥ My art is for personal use only (commercial licensing, if needed, will be billed separately).

❥ A full refund is available if no work (at least sketch) has been shown within two months.
